Dance les Indestructibles

During my Feldenkrais training in Rome, Italy, we called certain ATM sequences ‘the indestructible ones’. We could modify them, but they still remained. Their intelligence was not based on perfection, but on experience.Today, I invite you to explore these sequences.To enter a space where the body is discovered and mistakes are transformed. They realign us, open up spaces for improvisation and composition – and allow clarity and strength to emerge from an organic basis.Dancing the Indestructibles is an invitation to trust the deep intelligence of the body.
To let movement teach us. To remind us that there are structures that do not hold us captive: they support and liberate us.

The workshops are aimed at people who want to experiment with movement, perception, observation and exchange. 
All people and all bodies are welcome.
