NAVARIDAS & DEUTINGER: BOUNCE
Bounce is a sonic adventure, a kinetic performance, and an immersive journey through undulating waves, resonant metal structures, and infectious, punchy beats. Set atop a mic-equipped metal framework, an interdisciplinary crew—featuring an experimental harpist, a modular synth artist, and three dynamic dancers—crafts a web of sound and movement. Equipped with skipping ropes, they set out on a choreographic voyage, navigating an uncharted sea of rhythm and resonance.
Bounce blurs the boundaries between music, dance, and installation art, creating an experience that vibrates with raw energy and creative innovation.

about
Marta Navaridas and Alex Deutinger are translators, choreographers, and performers working in the fields of contemporary dance and experimental theatre. In their work, they combine texts, live music, and gestures in unpredictable ways, playfully questioning social formats and habitual modes of perception. Based in Graz and touring internationally, the artist duo uses dance and theatre venues as well as galleries, museums, and public spaces as sites for performance and negotiation.
