In dieser Mail haben wir alle wichtigen Informationen für euch zusammengefasst: Das Paket bekommt ihr im WUK Infobüro, Währinger Straße 59 in 1090 Wien.
Wichtig: Im WUK findet derzeit das Fußball-EM-Quartier statt. Aufgrund der derzeitigen Corona-Maßnahmen wird, wenn gespielt wird, am WUK Eingang die 3-G-Kontrolle für die Besucher_innen des Public Viewings durchgeführt. Um euer Paket im Infobüro abholen zu können, zeigt bitte diese Mail am Eingang vor. Dies ermöglicht euch, kurz den WUK Innenhof zu betreten und euer Paket im Infobüro abzuholen. Das Infobüro befindet sich im WUK Innenhof und ist an dem großen i erkennbar. Das Infobüro ist am Freitag von 09:00 bis 20:00 Uhr geöffnet, während dieser Zeit könnt ihr euer Paket mit Nennung eures Namens abholen. Bitte tragt im Infobüro eine FFP2-Maske. Beim Eingang findet ihr einen Desinfektionsmittelspender. Bei der Abholung müsst ihr ein Pfand in der Höhe von € 20 in Bar hinterlegen. Das Geld bekommt ihr am Montag, wenn ihr das Paket zurückbringt, wieder retour. Das Paket hat die Maße 460 x 290 x 135 mm (LxBxH) und ist in eine Tasche gepackt. Bitte denkt daran euer Paket am kommenden Montag, 28. Juni 2021 wieder ins Infobüro zurückzubringen. Am Montag hat das Infobüro ebenfalls von 09:00 bis 20:00 Uhr geöffnet. Die Künstler_innen möchten euch einige Hinweise für die ersten Schritte geben, bevor ihre eure Box abholt: - Lade eine_n Freund_in, Kolleg_in oder Begleiter_in ein, die das Erlebnis mit dir teilt (das Paket ist für zwei Personen ausgelegt).
- Die Beschäftigung mit dem Paket dauert nicht weniger als eine Stunde, also sucht euch eine für euch passende Zeit, nach Sonnenuntergang, aus.
- Ihr braucht einen ruhigen Ort - entscheidet, in wessen zu Hause ihr das Paket machen wollt.
- In der Box findet ihr zwei Hefte, eines für die Person, die sich mit den Inhalten des Pakets beschäftigt, und eine für jene Person, die durch die Erfahrung führen wird.
Solltet ihr Fotos und Videos von eurem Tun in den sozialen Netzwerken teilen, freuen wir uns, wenn ihr den Hashtag #iheardthebeefall verwendet. Mit Verwendung des Hashtags stimmt ihr zu, dass wir eure Videos und Fotos auf unseren sozialen Netzwerken und auf der Website teilen. Wenn es euch doch nicht möglich sein sollte das Paket abzuholen, so meldet euch bitte bei uns damit wir das Paket einer anderen Person zur Verfügung stellen können.
